I just wrote a review, but I need to add more. +++Spoiler++++The author did not create Emmy's character to suggest that she would be into a threesome. It came out of nowhere. It did not fit. It made no sense. Ben came from that drug sex type of scene. I can get him being into it. But Emmy . . . WHY! It was so uncalled for. She did not build her character to be like that. After it was over, Emmy acted like it was no big deal. Ben had more feelings about it then she did. I'm curious about why the author felt it necessary to add that to the plot. Why the Fiona pregnancy by Ben? Why? It was so unnecessary. Was it done to get people to buy the next book? It was not very romantic to me. I was really going to buy book 2, but I'm not interested anymore in knowing what will go on with Ben and Emmy. The author ruined it for me. The book just went downhill towards the end. Ben was not so tragic either. Who does not come from a dysfunctional family. He was not beaten, sexually abused, or a drug addict. He just had a alcoholic mother and missing dad. She did not abandon him. I have heard of worst things. Again, could the author had built up the tragic Ben character better? I thought he had been abused and abandoned and addicted to pills that would have made his character more interesting. The plot twist at the end was stupid.
Spoiler Book 3 - I bought this book, unfortunately, before I finished book 1: How can the author let Brandon get with Emmy's friend knowing Emmy slept with him? Her friend, I hope, has more sense than Emmy. I'm not sure if I will read it to find out even though I wasted $15.00 for the audiobook.

All or Nothing A Love by Design Novel Kendall Ryan 9781476764641 Books Reviews
The entire series was must read books. I am late to the party, but Kendall Ryan did not disappoint at all. All three books were well written with great characters who were developed and very much in love with each other. I enjoyed their journey of love and just loved the end.
Everything about this book was great. Especially Braydon. I love him so much. When he was introduced in Ben and Emmys story I fell in love with him right away. Even though he came of as a "player,"I knew deep down that he had his own secrets and reasons for why he was the way he was. And I think that made me like his character more. Don't worry I loved Ellie also!
Kendall Ryan's books are so spectacular. She
has a way with her writing that makes everything more realistic. Especially her characters. In some books authors make them non-relatable and unrealistic but I think Kendall is great with how she portrays them.
I give this book 5 stars and I definitely recommend this amazing book and series!!!
I have to admit, I developed a small crush on Braydon in Ben and Emmy’s story, so I was very excited to know I was going to get Ellie and Braydon’s story. As Ben and Emmy’s best friends, being around each other is unavoidable. The more they are around each other, the greater the sexual tension between them becomes.
After a string of bad relationships, all Ellie can see is the damage that Braydon could cause her heart if she gets involved with him. But Braydon isn’t willing to give up on Ellie. After some persistent perusing on Braydon’s part, Elle finally gives in to Braydon and her attraction to him. But Braydon has a past of his own and is unwilling to fully commit to a real relationship. At first, this seems like a good idea, Ellie is sick of being the good girl and always doing the right thing. But as their relationship grows, Ellie begins to realize that there is no way the relationship can end well. As Ellie becomes overwhelmed by her own feelings and Braydon’s mixed signals, Ellie must decide if it’s time to move or do everything she can to not only fight for Braydon, but force him to deal with his past that still haunts him.
All or Nothing is a sweet and sexy story about two people struggling to find their way to each other. It’s about facing your past and second chances. I instantly loved Ellie and didn’t find it hard to root for her through the book. I loved getting more of Ben and Emmy too! This was another stellar story from Kendall Ryan and a beautiful story to round out this series!
This book may be unsuitable for people under 17 years of age due to its use of sexual content, drug and alcohol use, and/or violence.
Jaw meet floor, Braydon is back! I’ve been dying for All or Nothing since I found out it was going to be about the ever so sexy Braydon, I mean c’mon that threesome in Working It left us wanting more from Bray and we finally got it. In the series finale we get to know Braydon and Ellie, Emmy’s best friend, on a more intimate level. Ellie always seemed to want to rip Braydon’s head off but you knew she felt the heat between them, you could feel it coming off the pages. It was only going to be so long until she finally caved, especially since their best friends were getting married and they’d always be around each other.
Ellie was tired of the same crap different guy situation so when the super-hot model proposes to have a “friends with benefits” relationship she decides to give it a try, she can’t stand Braydon but she knows there is an intense fire between them that she wants to explore. With any friends with benefits relationship you know there are feelings bound to happen and huge problems to ensue and that’s just what Kendall Ryan gives us. Ellie begins to get to know the real Braydon Kincaid, the thoughtful caring and definitely sexy Braydon, her feelings get larger than life, but Braydon only wants a casual fling his skeletons start slowing releasing themselves and they are not what you expect. There’s more than meets the eye when it comes to Braydon.
There is one thing Kendall Ryan for sure knows and that’s how to turn on the heat and make you sweat. That girl, I swear is the queen of steam. From the very beginning of this series you can tell that is clearly true and it stays true to the very end. She knows steam and angst and really how to play with those little heart strings of ours. The Love by Design trilogy has been one crazy ride that I’m glad I took and definitely believe everyone should jump on, only if you can handle the heat. - Shannon
