Bellatrix White had loved Cameron Harrison for as long as she could remember. He was her best friend and her closest confidant, and she knew one day he’d be her forever.
Then he broke her heart.
After five years of complete silence between them, the motorcycle club they grew up in comes under attack, giving Cam the opportunity he needs to work his way back into Trix’s life.
Because while Trix was nursing her broken heart, Cam was realizing exactly what he’d given up.
They fall into a relationship easily, but when new tragedies mix with old memories, neither of the lovers are prepared for the fallout.

I first read Craving Trix back in 2015. A year when I was lucky to get a book in to read so I didn’t always write a review. Having just read the next three books in the series, not hesitating once to purchase each one, I thought I can’t leave this book without a review. After referring back to the notes and highlighting I left, it had me eager to read this book all over again, so I did.The story commences with an infatuated teenage Trix innocently flirting with a man who knows he needs to stay away from her. His chivalry towards Trix adds to the young girl’s confusion. All she sees is a friendship gone sour, believing the feelings she has for him are not being returned.
When she starts to push her boundaries, she not only gets her parents in a fluster but Cam as well. It provided a good dose of serious albeit laugh out loud conversations that kept me turning pages all day. As always it’s only funny until someone gets hurt and boy was there some pain endured in this story.
Trix is a character you will either love or loathe. She captured my heart early on despite her poor decisions which I believe were brought on by dealing with trauma as a child. What a child takes in during every day drama along with the major stuff can manifest later on in life. Everyone, including her family thought she had come through her childhood unscathed, but it was apparent early on in her and Cam’s relationship that wasn’t the case at all.
Cam is the most patient, chilled and thoughtful man out there, until you push him too far. Then he is polar opposite of calm and stubborn to his boots. Trix both soothes his soul and enrages his passion. Whatever state of mind he was in, the level of his temperament was always high. Basically, he was either adorable, demanding or an indifferent jerk. He played by the rules and expected everyone around him to do likewise.
My only gripes with this story were the epilogue left one major event unfinished and earlier a major drama was dealt with too swiftly when it came to a head. Neither impacted on my reading enjoyment but I could see how others might say otherwise. With the benefit of having read the next three Aces’ Sons books I can say you’ll get to see more of Cam and Trix as they remain strong secondary characters that continue to feature with in the Aces’ Sons series.

Craving Trix The Aces' Sons edition by Nicole Jacquelyn Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
I LOVE the Aces series and have read all the other books! This book tore my heart out. I ugly cried in this book. I don't want to say to much cuz I don't want to give anything away.
This book continued on with the Aces story. The characters developed perfectly and the story flowed just as perfect. I love Nicole Jacquelyn writing style. She writes the guys POV so good.....I forget it's a female writing it. She writes the Alpha male perfectly.
If I had to say a bad thing about it....it would be less sex scenes. I know I know....I like them but just not so much. Other than that.....I would give this a million stars if I could. I think this has moved up to the top of my all time fav series!!!
After reading the epilogue in Craving Absolution, I have been craving this book. I needed to know what would happen between Trix and Cam. And boy do they take us on a bumpy and emotional ride. I found Trix to be very frustrating and immature at times. While I could understand some of her decisions, I still feel like she should have handled a lot of situations differently. Once the “Big Bad” happened, it was clear that Trix was not okay and I did not like how Dragon handled the whole situation. Cam is such a hothead and a little cocky. I didn’t like how he forced his way back into Trix’s life but he truly loved her and all of her craziness.
This story had a different feel than all the others. As you read, your gut will tell you that something is going to happen that will rock the club and its members. So brace yourself and get the tissues ready.
Good start for the next series to the Ace MC series. Not quite as good as The Ace's books but not too shabby either. I love being able to read about the first generation characters to this series and learn about their grown kids. The story was good but Trix was a little too immature for me until the end when she finally got herself together. I loved Cameron, he grew up to be the type of man I thought he would. Can't wait to hear more about their story in the books to come. Very happy to have this series to follow up with the whole crew.
I'm not afraid to exclaim my love for all things Nicole Jacquelyn writes...she gets the emotions and she gets the feelings of physical expression.
Do her heroines sometimes bug the crap out of me? Yes, of course I wanted to slap some sense into Trix a few times and yell at Cam to cool his jets as well...but then I have to remind myself that these are basically "kids" who grew up in the setting of an MC that faced numerous tragedies and so I had to give them a slight break.
This book was full of so much drama, it was hard to catch my breath at times (the panic attacks, the nightmares and alas DEATH...so much death)...but as always, I kept reading knowing things would come together for this young couple who have loved each other since they were kids, because seriously, the author couldn't be THAT cruel, could she?
I am loving hearing about the Aces MC kids growing up, falling in love and having more biker babies. Good job with this one (the cover is gorgeous) but I seriously need a stiff drink after reading this one!
***** 4.5 ***** "growing up in the Aces MC is not easy" stars
After the emotional rollercoaster Craving Resurrection put me through (and trust me, I hated Poet but that book made me cry), I was hoping for the same level of emotional engagement, but with characters I could like better. This didn't do it for me. Trix was immature and a Daddy's Girl, and Cam, while most of the time was mature, really deserved the Hulk moniker when he went off on her, which happens repeatedly, because both of them loved to bicker, which got old pretty fast. He actually called her a f***ing c**** in one of his internal monologues. Nothing says love more than C U Next Tuesday. So, they were a hard couple for me to warm up to. And then bad stuff happened to characters I liked - for a really stupid underlying plot line that was not worthy of the prior reads. Hope NJ finds her way with the next book or I will drop this series.
